Dr Hess graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2012. He immigrated to Australia from South Korea when he was two years old.
Dr Hess has completed a wide range of post-graduate dental education courses ranging from learning to digitally design veneers and crowns to tackling complex wisdom teeth extractions. He also completed a two-year orthodontic diploma (braces and Invisalign/clear aligners) in 2016.
With over 10 years’ dental experience in many diverse communities, Dr Hess recognises that everyone has their own life story that can shape their dental history, needs and wants. This cultured the core ethos of Bespoke Smiles Wānaka.
Amassing a broad and high-level skillset of clinical experience and techniques, he is excited to be able to offer Wanaka and the wider Queenstown-Lakes district modern and comprehensive dentistry for all ages.
